In our contracts, we'll stipulate a reasonable time frame for completion of the project and we will deliver our projects according to those timelines, unless acted on by external factors such as the weather or any delays in deliveries of materials. These delays will be conveyed to you in case they are going to affect the project completion. If not for these, all our projects have been delivered within stipulated timelines.

We are very blessed to say that a lot of our customers come to us or are referred to us from customers we've worked with in the past. As you will see when you check our references, there is a reason for such a loyal client base.

Important materials are specified in the contract. All materials are covered, however, as substitutions are sometimes unavoidable (lots of bricks run out, for example, colours of materials are sometimes no longer made), we make it clear that an equal substitution will be made but only upon your approval.

All our projects carry all the required building permits specified by the Government of India. You can ask us to show you any details that you may require before you make your decision.
